Where we deliver

We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. The countries available to you are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free. The price on the product page is the total you pay. No shipping costs, customs charges or import duties are added at checkout.

Delivery time

Dispatch: we send your order within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: after that, delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days.

Your parcel comes from a European warehouse — depending on the product, from Germany, France, Spain or Poland. These are estimates; busy periods, public holidays and carrier delays can make delivery take longer.

If you order a starter kit, the items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. Workbooks are digital and arrive by email, not by post.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. It can take 2 to 3 days before the first update appears.

Parcel not arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, or tracking says delivered but you received nothing, email pettopianl@gmail.com and we will take it up with the carrier. If a parcel is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.
